DAY 29 -Starts at sundown on Labor Day.

I know today was set aside in the USA to honor organized labor, the labor unions and physical labor but I couldn't help relating Labor Day this year to birthing as well.  

Spiritual things are born as well as physical things and our due date for reconciliation is September 4th at sundown. We are in the last hours before delivery. It is the finish that requires the most effort, the most pain, the most sleepless nights, the final stretch is the most tough, and brings the greatest joy. With a release of new life. 

With only 48 hours left before going to the breaking of waters. 
We are dramatically picking up numbers of people, around the world, who are joining us though our blog and praying with us. 
I am overwhelmed by your response as we have hit 5,928 page views over the last 28 days and over 1000 page views in just the last 24 hours.  

Thank you all for coming and joining us in whatever capacity.  We are humbled and amazed by your response. 

One of our group was in Wyoming a few years back and received a prophetic word that the Lord will make His name famous in this region by intercession. Maybe that is what we are seeing.

I want to share here another prophetic word spoken over the Church in Mankato back a few years ago.  It is taken out of Isaiah, chapter 40:1-3

“Comfort, yes, comfort My people!”
Says your God.
2 “Speak comfort to Jerusalem, and cry out to her,
That her warfare is ended,
That her iniquity is pardoned;
For she has received from the Lord’s hand
Double for all her sins.”

3 The voice of one crying in the wilderness:
“Prepare the way of the Lord;
Make straight in the desert[a]
A highway for our God.
4 Every valley shall be exalted
And every mountain and hill brought low;
The crooked places shall be made straight
And the rough places smooth;
5 The glory of the Lord shall be revealed,
And all flesh shall see it together;
For the mouth of the Lord has spoken.”

6 The voice said, “Cry out!”
And he[b] said, “What shall I cry?”

“All flesh is grass,
And all its loveliness is like the flower of the field.
7 The grass withers, the flower fades,
Because the breath of the Lord blows upon it;
Surely the people are grass.
8 The grass withers, the flower fades,
But the word of our God stands forever.”

Prophetic Intercession at the Headwaters of the Blue Earth River

We are on the edge of some really exciting spiritual events. 

My only advice to all of us would be that if this was conceived  formulated, and orchestrated by the Spirit of God, then it will be born in the same way. 

The enemy’s tactic is always to bring distractions, to get our eyes off of Jesus. 

Don’t give in. Stay strong in faith, believing that what the Lord started He will finish. He just needs willing vessels. The Lord can save by many or by few because He is Lord of heaven and earth.

Last Thursday night when David said we should write some things down, this is the first thing I wrote down (encounter style): 

“Repenting of broken covenants,  

to end the famine and bring the rain of the Holy Spirit 

and cause men to HEAR the word of God.”
