I was half awake lying in my bed, musing on the words given at the Prayer Summit in our city and region, I was praying for the move of God in the Church and in me personally. I want to be vessel of honor in His house, as I am sure you do. I was lying there and asking God to fill me, to use me, to speak His word to me, to make me a vessel of honor.  This afternoon, I will be going into the prophecy rooms to prophesy over people who are coming for encouragement, edification, and comfort. I was asking the Lord to begin to fill me even now, for the individuals who will be coming in this afternoon. I began to get prophetic words, while I was still lying in bed, I heard them as though they were being spoken by me over this one or that one. It reminded me of a night many years ago, that I saw a friend being filled with precious gemstones from her feet to the top of her head. THE MIXED UP KINGDOM IS HERE Incredible as it may sound in the dream of Nebuchadnezzar roughly 600 BC God laid out for the King all the world empires that would ever rule, from his time until the final world empire just before the return of Jesus Christ on the earth. 40 years ago 3 Leaders of the Christian world discovered a common perspective on culture.  There are 7 Mountains of Influence in Culture... In 1975, Bill Bright, founder of Campus Crusade, and Loren Cunningham, founder of Youth With a Mission, had lunch together in Colorado. God simultaneously gave each of these change agents a message to give to the other.  During that same time frame a modern day Theologian, Francis Schaeffer, was given a similar message .   That message was that if we are to impact any nation for Jesus Christ, then we would have to affect the seven spheres, or mountains of society that are the pillars of any society.  There are many subgroups under these main categories. Two Days ago we talked about the question of Jeremiah 1:11 "Son of man, What do you see?" Today, I want to pick up where we left off. And I want to use Acts chapter 2 and Joel chapter 2 to look at a single word from both ends. Looking forward from the prophesy spoken, before it has come to pass and then looking backward to the prophecy from the proclamation as it is coming to pass. Son of man ... what do you see? When you look at the world all around us,  what do you see?  Do you see the circumstances? war, hatred, poverty, divorce? Or do you see behind the scenes of the ten o'clock news, Our Father who is in Heaven,  getting ready to perform His Word?   We have a phrase in our culture...   " what you see, is what you get."   it usually indicates that the speaker is not hiding anything.  But lets just think about that phrase literally for a moment. Say this out loud, Start by emphasizing the first word of each phrase with me.
