JESUS, AN ALMOND ROD?

Isaiah prophesies of a branch (rod) that will come out of Jesse,
There shall come forth a Rod from the stem of Jesse,
And a Branch shall grow out of his roots.
The Spirit of the Lord shall rest upon Him,
The Spirit of wisdom and understanding,
The Spirit of counsel and might,
The Spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the Lord. His delight is in the fear of the Lord,
And He shall not judge by the sight of His eyes,
Nor decide by the hearing of His ears;
Isaiah 11:1
Who is that Branch, Jesus! The Word of God, and he dwelt among us.

Jesus is given another name in the gospel of John, what is it? The Word and it is mentioned three (3) times in this passage. So almond is mentioned three (3) times in Numbers and the Word is mentioned three (3) times in John 1:1.
"in the beginning was the WORD and the WORD was with God and the WORD was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through Him and without Him nothing was made that was made. In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. And the light shines in the darkness and the darkness did not comprehend it."  John 1:1
So, can we say that this 'rod' was also an almond rod?

Aaron's (almond) rod budding established his authority to carry out the office of High Priest, isn't Jesus our High Priest, after the order of Melchizedek?

To illustrate this idea, that almonds indicate priesthood authority further, we see that God instructs Moses to make a lamp stand hammered out of pure gold which would reside in the Holy Place (where only the priests could go and  only while they were on duty.) He carefully instructed Moses as to how it was to be built with 22 Almond Blossoms would be attached. If these six branches bore almond blossoms would they not be almond branches or Almond rods?

33 Three bowls shall be made like almond blossoms on one branch, with an ornamental knob and a flower, and three bowls made like almond blossoms on the other branch, with an ornamental knob and a flower—and so for the six branches that come out of the lamp stand.  Exodus 25:33
The lamp stand in the book of Revelation is indicative of the Authority to represent Christ as a church, in the words... "I will remove your lamp stand" I  (the rod that sprang out of Jesse, bearing almonds, watching over my word), I will remove my WORD, unless you repent and do the first works.
Remember therefore from where you have fallen; repent and do the first works, or else I will come to you quickly and remove your lamp stand from its place—unless you repent.
Revelation 2:5

Remember Jesus is the son of David, the son of Jesse, He is also the Word made flesh and here in Revelation chapter two, He is the High Priest, the Mediator, the one who has authority to remove your lampstand; to remove His Spirit breathed revelation, remove His illumination, remove the light that comes out of heaven. Without His revelation, you will be a branch that is cut off of the vine, you will no longer bear fruit.

A bonus for those who pay attention to numbers...it looks like the word is God's primary priority
