THE 5th WORLD EMPIRE IS HERE!

THE MIXED UP KINGDOM IS HERE

Incredible as it may sound in the dream of Nebuchadnezzar roughly 600 BC God laid out for the King all the world empires that would ever rule, from his time until the final world empire just before the return of Jesus Christ on the earth. If you take the figure seen in that dream in Daniel chapter 2 and lay it down with the head facing left, then it becomes a prophetic timeline of the history of the earth from Babylon until the fall of Mystery Babylon. This period covers the entire dispersion of Israel as a Nation scattered throughout the earth.

Here is the description of the figure taken from Daniel chapter 2, starting at the Gold head and working down to the mixed feet

1. Gold Head - 'BABYLONIAN' EMPIRE
2. Silver Chest and Arms- MEDES/PERSIANS
3. Bronze Belly and thighs - 'GREEK' EMPIRE
4. Iron Legs - 'ROMAN' EMPIRE
5. Iron/Clay Feet - 'MIXED' EMPIRE (melting pot)

34 You watched while a stone was cut out without hands, which struck the image on its feet of iron and clay, and broke them in pieces. 35 Then the iron, the clay, the bronze, the silver, and the gold were crushed together, and became like chaff from the summer threshing floors; the wind carried them away so that no trace of them was found. And the stone that struck the image became a great mountain and filled the whole earth.

When will all this happen? Well the passage tells us two very important things, V28 tells us what will happen in the latter days.

28 But there is a God in heaven who reveals secrets, and He has made known to King Nebuchadnezzar what will be in the latter days. 

Then in verse 44 Daniel tells us when the stone kingdom will come, "in the days of these kings." What kings?  The kings of the mixed empire the feet of iron mixed with clay.

44 And in the days of these kings the God of heaven will set up a kingdom which shall never be destroyed; and the kingdom shall not be left to other people; it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand forever. 

So if this figure of a man is indeed a time line,then the very last days would be at the feet, "at the time of those kings," the stone Kingdom will be established and become a mountain that covers the whole earth.

Friends we are living in, "the times of those Kings," in the days of a divided Roman Empire.

What world empire exists today?
If you look historically at world empires they changed the culture world wide through their influence. The same seven mountains that influence society as we talked about yesterday.

The Greeks brought in the Olympics, which has become a world wide phenomena
the Romans the Roman system of Justice, democracy, which has also circled the globe.

Even though the Roman Empire was politically divided long ago it is still very much alive culturally throughout the world. Britain, Spain, Portugal all sent explorers who discovered the new world.

Today: 
Most of the world still conducts business by a modification of the Roman Calendar,
We structure our justice system after the Roman system,
Our Government was built on Roman concepts
Our Government buildings are of Roman and Greek architecture,
We even call our senate by the same name and we call
those who serve there, senators just as they were called in ancient Rome.

Rome sat on seven hills...But the soon coming King will sit on the seven mountains.
"When in the time of those kings" the ones who hold to a type of Rome culture (iron mixed with clay) but not with unified power that Rome had. Yet their influence will still be felt around the world.

These seven mountains are:
The modern day world has been heavily influenced by American Culture youth around the globe have bought into the lifestyle of America, we are part of, if not the MIXED kingdom. More than any other country we are know as the 'melting pot.' America was called to bring the culture of the Kingdom to the whole earth, the gifts of God are not withdrawn, we are spreading a culture but it is no longer of a Christian nation, it is of a pagan nation. 

1. our style of business, 
2. our style of government, Democracy
3. our media
4. our arts & entertainment, Hollywood, MTV etc.
5. our education, they come here from around the world for education
6. our family structure, Divorce, decrease in arranged marriages, dowries, children disrespecting parents
7. our religion - Christianity in various forms have criss-crossed the globe.  

 41 Whereas you saw the feet and toes, partly of potter’s clay and partly of iron, the (iron=ROME) kingdom shall be divided; yet the strength of the iron (ROME) shall be in it, just as you saw the iron (ROME) mixed with ceramic clay. 42 And as the toes of the feet were partly of iron (ROME) and partly of clay, so the kingdom shall be partly strong and partly fragile. 43 As you saw iron (ROME) mixed with ceramic clay, they will mingle with the seed of men; but they will not adhere to one another, just as iron (ROME) does not mix with clay
