We
started early with guitar and moved into a spontaneous song* in a short time.
We
prayed for the outreach on Saturday
We
asked God for spiritual times of refreshing for Mankato and an end to the spiritual
drought, especially those coming on Saturday to the outreach.
We
asked, that as a sign, that we would receive literal rain in Mankato starting
on Saturday July 21, 2012.
It did not rain that night (Thursday) or at all on Friday, but instead it rained twice on Saturday and again after midnight (on Sunday).
It has rained five days in a row since
last Saturday!

inches total since we prayed!
However an local weather map showed that we have received
an accumulated 2-4 inches since last Thursday night when we prayed for rain as a sign.
To
put this all in perspective…
Over the previous six weeks it had only rained
total of .03 inches.
Normally in June we receive an average of 5.09 inches and another 4.32 inches of rain in July. So the two month total should be 9.41 inches.
After this weekend the total rainfall is up to 2-4 inches
from .03 inches.
