WE ARE AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTORS OF CHESED  (God's Loving Kindness) or favor.

Yesterday, we discussed that God's loving kindness is better than life.

Today we are talking about our being authorized to distribute freely God's loving kindness, to whomever we encounter in our life. 

2 CORINTHIANS 5:18-21 

Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation, that is, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not imputing their trespasses to them, and has committed to us the word of reconciliation.

Now then, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were pleading through us: we implore you on Christ’s behalf, be reconciled to God. For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.

This passage clearly states that we are authorized to distribute forgiveness and reconciliation, imploring people to receive clemency.

 Because we have received reconciliation through Jesus Christ not imputing our trespasses to us.  

This touches on yesterday's message, once we have experienced the loving-kindness of God we are inducted into the service of the KING OF KINGS who above all LOVES and FORGIVES, HEALS, AND DELIVERS. BLESSES.

IF WE ONLY KNEW WHO WE WERE AND WHAT WE HAVE BEEN GIVEN. 

consider this...

IF: 

Hate stirs up strife, but Love covers all sins Proverbs 10:12

AND:

Beloved, let us love one another, for love is of God; and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God. He who does not love does not know God, for God is love.  1 John 4:7-8

Then God covers all sins.  Because He is Love and Love covers all sins. 

I think we would all agree that that is true. But 
Let's look at the passage again with the word love replaced with covers all sins. 

Those whose sin is covered (beloved) 

let us cover all sins of (love) one anotherfor covering all sins (love) is of God andEveryone who covers all sins (loves) is born of God and knows GodHe who does not cover all sins (does not love) does not know God

For God Covers All Sins (Love). 

This is congruent with 2 Corinthians 5 and John 3:17 

He came not into the world to condemn the world, but the the world through Him might be saved.  

He did not send us into the world to condemn the world either

Bless and do not curse, begin to distribute the favor of the Lord, His loving kindness. Last night during our weekly gathering for prayer and intercession we began to invoke the favor of our God toward our city and the families and individuals who make up the city, We declared the good intents of God toward them.

We distributed the Chesed (pronounced Hesed) the favor and loving kindness of God, that covers all sins!   

Jesus embodied the forgiveness (covering) of all sins because he embodied LOVE, (love covers all sins), and when he left the earth to ascend into Heaven and be seated on His throne, He left us to embody that forgiveness (covering) of all sins, because he expects us to embody love. 

He said to Peter, 

If you forgive the sins of any, they are forgiven them; if you retain the sins of any, they are retained.”

Release the forgiveness of the Lord today to someone who has challenged you, to show forth God's love.
