Signs in the Federal Government

Don shared a story tonight about how congress may have hearings on repealing the Dakota expulsion act and we see a fulfillment of the vision of a barley loaf rolling up capitol hill, leaning against the capitol building but not going inside, and then a barley loaf rolling right into the oval office. Denoting that this repeal may have to come as an executive order. to repeal the law from 150 years ago* banning Dakota from living in Minnesota. 

(* this is the third jubilee from that law being instituted.)

Here is a another (Indian Nation) story that was posted the same day November 19, 2013, like the one above.

And it is another indication of Jubilee, all inhabitants coming back into their inheritance.

Signs in Tribal Government -  November 19, 2013

The White Earth Band of Ojibwe is voting on whether to scrap a rule that says tribal membership is based on blood, not family lineage.

The "blood quantum'' rule is used by many Native American tribes in the U.S.  The White Earth Band and the Minnesota Chippewa Tribe adopted in back in 1963. 

The proposed constitution would do away with the requirement that tribal members be at least one-quarter American Indian. The new criteria could double or even triple membership in the White Earth band.

(*that was 50 years ago can anybody say with me it's JUBILEE! 

God is moving among the nations to honor his command for establishing a Jubilee.)

There are currently about 19,000 members of the White Earth band if this rule is scrapped after 50 years, doubling tribal membership would bring it to 38,000, and if tripling tribal membership would increase it to 57,000 members. 
Up to 40,000 people could be returning to their inheritance among their tribe. 

The tribe would increase to a population larger than the population of Mankato. These additional members would need services, they would have to be restored to their inheritance.
