YOU TURNS ENCOURAGED -
YOU TURN PERMITTED –
These forty days, and especially the last ten days, have been compared to the days of Noah, the days just before the rains came.
Teshuva means to return, (a reconciliation produced by repentance)
The 40th day, The Day of Atonement has been compared to the day the LORD closed the door of the ark. The fate of all human life was based on their choice to enter the ark provided by the LORD or their refusal to enter by the appointed time. Yom Kippur has been compared to that day.
Genesis 7:16 And those who entered, male and female of all flesh, entered as God had commanded him; and the LORD closed the door behind him.
For the coming of the Son of Man will be like the days of Noah – Matt 24:37
THE PROPHETIC TIMELINE
Scripture states that the days of the (second) coming of the Son of Man JESUS are like the days of Noah. Christ will return and fulfill all the Law and the prophets regarding the four Fall Feasts. All the nations will be judged on that Day of Atonement when it is fulfilled in Christ Jesus.
Most importantly, we have also entered the Season of Teshuvah on God's prophetic calendar, the last days leading up to the manifest fulfillment of His Fall Feasts.
Individuals, families, and even nations are making that same decision today. Each must decide, will I enter the protection of the LORD provided freely through the shed blood of Jesus? or will I proudly refuse to enter...choosing to remain outside that protection?
The prophet Malachi spoke concerning this future season of Teshuvah on the timeline of man's existence...
"Behold, I am going to send you Elijah the prophet before the great and awesome day of the LORD (the Day of Atonement) comes. And He will (re)turn the hearts of the fathers to the children and (re)turn the hearts of the children to their fathers so that I will not come and strike the land with a decree of utter destruction, (this again harkens back the flood of Noah) Malaci 4:5
